Refund Eligibility
A refund request can only be raised within 7 days (one week) from the date of course purchase/enrollment.
After the 7-day period, no refunds will be entertained under any circumstances.
Refunds will only be processed if:
The student has not attended more than 2 live classes (in case of offline/online live sessions).
The student has not completed more than 10% of the course content (in case of recorded/online modules).
Refund Process
The student must send a refund request via email to [your support email] with the following details:

Course Name
Date of Enrollment
Reason for Refund Request
Once the request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment.
Non-Refundable Cases
If the refund request is made after 7 days of purchase.
If the student has accessed a significant portion of the course.
If the refund is requested due to reasons not related to the course quality, such as personal issues, financial constraints, or change of mind.
Any discounted/offered courses purchased during festivals, promotions, or limited-time offers are non-refundable.
